Maintenance Tips
- Please be aware our HD lace is very delicate to work with please take care when handling your frontal to prevent it from ripping or creating holes in the lace.
- We advise not to wear your Closure every day to preserve its life span.
- Do not over process your knots as this will cause extreme shedding and balding.

RETURNS POLICY
Custom Wig Units Due to the nature of this service and the governing hygiene regulations, at Lxlounge we do not offer any refunds or exchanges. We are not liable for any damages (incurred by you) to the Frontal, Bundles or Wigs.
Lace systems and Bundles Exchanges will be within 14 days of receiving your order. In order to be eligible for an exchange the hair MUST be unused and be in the same condition you received it in. Several goods that would not be eligible for an exchange are • Tampered lace systems • Washed/Dyed bundles • Unravelled Bundles The goods will be thoroughly inspected, if the goods do not meet the required standards the exchange will not be processed. Please allow up to 5 days after this confirmation email to receive the tracking number, or a notification updating you on the status of your order. • Once the tracking number has been issued, Lxlounge will no longer be responsible for the item. We ship packages via Royal Mail first class signed for delivery, if based in the UK. International tracked and signed for delivery is available for European countries and worldwide. Please be aware if this item is not signed for it will be sent back to your local depot. Custom Fees and Import Taxes • At Lxlounge we are not obliged to pay import charges. If the country applies additional fees you will have to pay this.
