Custom Wig Units
Due to the nature of this service and the governing hygiene regulations, at Lxlounge we do not offer any refunds or exchanges. We are not liable for any damages (incurred by you) to the Frontal, Bundles or Wigs.
Lace systems and Bundles
Exchanges will be within 14 days of receiving your order.
In order to be eligible for an exchange the hair MUST be unused and be in the same condition you received it in.
Several goods that would not be eligible for an exchange are
- Tampered lace systems
- Washed/Dyed bundles
- Unravelled Bundles
The goods will be thoroughly inspected, if the goods do not meet the required standards the exchange will not be processed.

Cancellation
Cancellations will be accepted up to 24 hours after the payment has been made, after this the order will be processed for shipping.
