• Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic processing time has extended to 7-20 days within the UK and 7-25 days for International orders.
• As we do not order in bulk please take into consideration processing time including customisation and styling.

• Once your order has been placed, you will be sent a confirmation email. Please allow up to 7 days after this confirmation email to receive the tracking number, or a notification updating you on the status of your order.

• Once the tracking number has been issued, Lxlounge will no longer be responsible for the item. We ship packages via Royal Mail first class signed for delivery, if based in the UK. International tracked and signed for delivery is available for European countries and worldwide.

            Please be aware if this item is not signed for it will be sent back to your local depot.
